PANIC ATTACKS

  PANIC ATTACK!!!
What should you do when you are under a
panic attack miles away from home?

You get smart and do what this 23-year
  old did!

"How I Overcame My Panic Attack"
"My panic attack happened while walking
to the store with my sister, one night.
When first began walking, I was fine, but
about fifteen minutes into my walk, I
started to feel dizzy. That made me
somewhat uneasy, as I knew it was a
sign of a panic attack. Shortly after, my
vision seemed to change. It seemed as if
it was going dim and then back to normal.
My vision also seemed to be "jumping."

This was a really terrifying experience
for me. With problems with my vision, coupled with, now worsening dizziness, I was sure I would pass out, or even worse, go blind. My mind began to race, frantically, with thoughts of terror and never-ending suffering. I tried to regain my composure by telling myself that I was ok and that nothing would happen to me, but to no avail.

I then called Prof. MOmOh and informed him that I was having a panic attack. He first instructed me to count from 0-/5-0 10 times. While doing this, I felt my anxiety slowly easing. Next, he told me to count to twenty and to take twenty steps while counting
. I did this twice, just as I counted from 0-5/5-0 twice, and felt much better. My fear disappeared and my vision returned to normal. Prof. MOmOh told me that my pineal gland was producing too much serotonin, as a result of the cold weather, and that's why I was having trouble with my vision. He told me to buy some water to drink and that it would balance out the serotonin. I felt even better after I drank the water. I was truly grateful for Prof. MOmOh's guidance and comforting words, which allowed me to make it home in peace."

Carefully read what this young lady is saying. Let me quote a few sentences:

I tried to regain my composure by telling myself that I was ok and that nothing would happen to me, but to no avail.

  • Now, imagine yourself being under this type of condition, your confidence is gone and you've lost all hope.
  • If you were in an isolated area, say on a hiking trail, wouldn't that get even scarier?
  • What if you were driving in rush-hour traffic, and the panic attack happened with sudden bouts of dizziness, certainly, many accidents are caused by these experiences.
The FFINDDing yourSelf Study
This young lady had been on the FFINDDing yourSelf Study for the 2 weeks prior to this incident, and she was very familiar with The Dohgon Serotonin-Melatonin Ratio Balancing Techniques. Since she is all the way out there in Washington D.C., and I'm here in Long Beach, California, we have daily COUNT sessions on the telephone.

These sessions helped maintain her composure as she called for further counseling. Right after that incident, I assigned her a higher level of The Dohgon COUNT regime, which is bound to completely create a less serotonin presence and a higher Melatonin infusion into her brain. This is the POWER OF AFRAKAN SPIRITUALITY!

(Panic Attack) Alisha writes:
Prof. MOmOh,
Thank you very much. I really do love and respect you and admire your wisdom. I also appreciate the patience that you possess
when dealing with me. I don't know where I'd be if I hadn't learned of you.

Question: How do you break the "pain loop" in your right brain?

   IMHOTEP Alisha,
When in the "pain loop", the right brain goes from motivation to pain,
from pain to thinking and then back to pain. This pattern
continues to
go from thinking to pain and from pain to thinking, forming a seemingly
perpetual cycle. To break the pain loop, the left
brain must intervene.

Palm tennis and/or the counting meditation allows for this to happen.
From this, the left brain then goes from
objectivity to motivation of the
left brain, from motivation of the left brain to thinking of the left brain
and from thinking of the left brain
to thinking of the right brain. This
process produces a sort of equipoise and counterbalance, thereby
   breaking the "pain loop".
